  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management of managers and supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and laws.
  • Partner with clinician leadership to align operations with clinical priorities and care delivery needs.
  • Optimize scheduling and resource allocation across sites to support clinician effectiveness and patient care.
  • Lead continuous improvement focused on quality, safety, access, and patient experience.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and follow-through on performance gaps.

Job description

  • Direct clinical and administrative operations across assigned care locations
  • Establish operational plans, performance expectations, and management routines across practices
  • Monitor operating and labor budgets, operational performance, risks, and variances; direct corrective actions
  • Drive integration across care settings and specialties to improve access, capacity, growth, and consistency
  • Monitor throughput, quality, experience, and financial performance indicators
  • Lead operational responses to performance trends and location-based initiatives
  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, development, and performance management to managers and supervisors
  • Establish leadership expectations and accountability for performance, quality, teammate engagement, and patient experience
  • Direct recruitment, onboarding, development, and resolution of teammate concerns through frontline leaders
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and performance standards
  • Partner with clinician and service line leadership to align operations with clinical priorities and care delivery needs
  • Remove barriers and coordinate workflow, scheduling, and resource decisions supporting clinician effectiveness and patient care
  • Support clinician recruitment, onboarding, retention, and engagement through operational leadership and administrative coordination
  • Optimize coverage models, scheduling, and resource allocation across sites
  • Lead continuous improvement focused on quality, safety, access, efficiency, and patient experience
  • Conduct root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and follow-through on performance gaps
  • Use data, benchmarking, and performance reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and priorities
  • Direct workforce planning, staffing models, recruitment support, and performance expectations
  • Lead talent development, succession planning, feedback, recognition, and performance improvement
  • Develop or recommend operating and capital budgets and control expenditures within approved objectives
  • Ensure adherence to the Code of Ethical Conduct and applicable policies, regulations, and laws
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field required
  • Typically requires 7 years of experience in operational leadership roles
