Job summary

Beyond Blue is seeking a Manager, Learning and Development to oversee the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive learning programs. You will lead a team of Learning Administrators, Developers, and Facilitators, and collaborate with organizational leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic goals.

The role drives continuous improvement in learning effectiveness, ensures compliance with policies, and provides strategic direction for curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in human resources, business administration, or a relevant area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive learning programs.
• Lead a team of Learning Administrators, Learning Developers, and Facilitators.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in learning effectiveness and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards related to training and development.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Learning and Development team.
• Prepare reports and communicate learning outcomes to leadership.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure high-quality program development and delivery.

Education
