Type One Energy Group in Knoxville, TN, seeks a Learning, Development and Inclusion Manager to design and execute the organization’s learning programs while driving DEIA initiatives. You will partner with leaders to build capabilities and leadership effectiveness, supporting growth through strategic learning.

You will oversee LMS, evaluate program effectiveness, and manage a budget, with a focus on belonging and inclusion across all career stages.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational development.
• Experience designing and facilitating instructor‑led, virtual, and e‑learning programs.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the organization's learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver training programs to support leadership development, professional skills, compliance, and technical training programs using both internal development and external partnerships.
• Partner with leaders and HR to create development plans for employees and teams.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), learning content, and external training vendors.
• Support career development and inclusion through all career stages including onboarding, career development, succession planning, and talent initiatives.
• Track learning metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Manage the learning and development budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
