Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager for NAM Retail Channel & Fare Media Fulfillment to lead retail channel operations and fulfillment across North American programs. You will drive scalable models, optimize partnerships, and maintain compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes transitioning to software-based integrations on retailer POS platforms, inventory management, and secure handling of customer data while managing budgets and enabling business

Qualifications

• 12+ years in retail channel management, agent network ops, fare media or high-volume consumer distribution environments.
• Experience in transit, tolling, prepaid services, cash-access networks, or money transfer agent networks is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail network operations, fulfillment processes, inventory management, demand forecasting, and outsourced fulfillment models.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, operational metrics, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience designing commission structures, incentive programs, or partner performance frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage NAM retail channel, fare media, and toll transponder fulfillment operations; ensure service, financial, quality, and contractual objectives.
• Develop and execute centralized retail channel and fulfillment strategies for operational excellence and growth.
• Lead retail channel strategy, partner engagement, and technology modernization.
• Manage retail partners, vendors, and suppliers including negotiations and onboarding.
• Evaluate and optimize fulfillment models, including in-house and third-party solutions.
• Manage operating budgets and financial performance; identify risks and opportunities.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics; analyze trends and drive corrective actions.
• Serve as primary operational liaison with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee fare media, toll transponder, and inventory operations; ensure availability and security.
• Ensure contractual, regulatory, PCI, and PII compliance across operations.
• Lead and develop managers and team members; support program deployments and continuous improvement.
