Reporting to the Head of NAM Field Services, Cubic Transportation Systems seeks a Senior Manager to lead NAM Fulfillment and Retail. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in retail channel management, fulfillment, or high-volume operations.
• Experience with transit, fare collection, or tolling is preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead NAM retail and fulfillment strategy across Cubic Transportation Systems programs.
• Manage inventory, KPI governance, cost controls, and service performance.
• Develop and optimize retailer relationships (CVS, Walgreens, 7‑Eleven) and negotiations.
• Oversee budget, P&L performance, and profitability improvements.
• Collaborate with ISC, Finance, Contracts, Quality, and Operations teams.
