Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 12+ years in retail channel management, fulfillment, inventory, or high-volume operations.
Experience leading operational teams, retail partner relationships, or vendors in multi-site environments.
Strong ability to develop KPIs, manage costs, and drive program performance.

Responsibilities

Lead retail channel, fare media and toll transponder fulfillment across NAM programs.
Develop centralized NAM retail and fulfillment strategy for standardization and scalability.
Manage retailer relationships and consolidate master agreements for improved leverage.
Guide POS technology strategy and cost reduction across locations and platforms.
Oversee budgeting, P&L, and profitability targets for retail and fulfillment operations.
Establish KPIs, monitor trends, and drive corrective actions.
