Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years leading complex customer-facing programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and cost/schedule performance experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and offshore teams in a matrixed org.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver under pressure.
• Based in or regularly able to work from the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution to meet schedule, cost, quality, and contractual commitments.
• Own day-to-day management for systems under Operations & Maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and Cubic policies.
• Direct cross-functional and offshore teams with influence, not direct reporting.
• Be the primary customer-facing contact to build trust and drive satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue additional business within the existing account.
• Plan resources to meet schedule and budget while aligning with customer expectations.
• Maintain program financial health through budgets, invoicing, and cost-to-complete.
• Lead full change order lifecycle with engineering, finance, and contracts.
• Review metrics to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Manage requirements, risks, issues, and delivery for hardware/software programs.
