Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems in Norwalk, CA seeks a Senior Manager to lead NAM Inventory & Repair, overseeing regional inventory control, depot repair operations, asset management, and technical support across North America.

You will drive KPI performance, collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams, develop forecasting and capacity plans, and mentor managers, technicians, and supervisors to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in inventory management, depot repair, or logistics.
• Ability to manage repair operations against KPI commitments and deadlines.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management, depot repair operations, and related technical support functions across regional programs.
• Lead repair demand forecasting, capacity planning, and asset lifecycle analytics.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align strategies with Engineering, Asset Performance, Supply Chain, and Technical Support.
• Oversee inventory control, depot repair, shipping/receiving, RMA, material planning, and asset management.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for managers and technicians.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across repair services, inventory, procurement, and transportation.
• Serve as primary escalation point for significant customer, operational, inventory, and technical issues.
• Develop strategic relationships with customers, agency stakeholders, OEMs, and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory, and contractual compliance.
• Lead tech-enabled transformation to improve visibility and performance.
• Support growth initiatives with proposals, bids, and business planning.
