Job summary

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead planning, monitoring, and management of strategic projects across MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution systems.

You will ensure resource alignment, budgets, risks, and changes are controlled to deliver profitable outcomes for the region. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and leadership, supporting data center and critical infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with MV duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, or campus distribution systems for data centers.
• Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.).
• Ability to travel 50% to project sites across the US.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Plan, monitor, and manage strategic projects from inception to completion.
• Secure required resources and use formal processes to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
• Ensure project success and profitability within the region.
