Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is hiring a Sr. Manager, Member Experience to support execution of member experience initiatives for payor-focused products.

You will partner with product, design, marketing, and communications to translate strategy into coordinated plans, member communications, journey improvements, and aligned execution. The role may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US depending on candidate location and hub commute.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer/member experience, digital experience, or related leadership programs.
• Experience supporting healthcare/payor/digital product initiatives.
• Ability to translate experience direction into plans and execution.
• Experience working across product, design, marketing, and communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of member experience initiatives across payor-focused products.
• Coordinate with product, design, marketing, and communications teams.
• Drive consistency in member-facing experiences and communications.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Develop recommendations for improvements based on journey and member context.
