Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer, member or related experience programs.
• Experience supporting healthcare/payor or digital product initiatives.
• Translate experience direction into coordinated plans and execution.
• Work across product, design, marketing, and communications in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer-facing materials.
• Solid project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Operate independently, manage multiple priorities with follow-through.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail in fast-moving work.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of member experience initiatives across payor-focused products.
• Partner with product, design, marketing, and communications to translate direction into plans.
• Drive consistency in member-facing experiences and interaction patterns.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, stakeholder communications, and dependencies.
• Develop recommendations for experience improvements and priorities.
• Support development of member communications and FAQs with accountable teams.
• Track readiness and follow-up actions to ensure organized execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve member navigation across products.
• Support cross-functional coordination in broad experience initiatives.
