Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Member Experience to drive payor-focused product initiatives and translate strategy into coordinated plans across product, design, marketing and communications.

The role may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US, depending on location and hub access. You will coordinate deliverables, track readiness, and develop member-facing resources to ensure clear, connected experiences across products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer experience, member experience, digital experience, or related leadership programs
• Experience supporting healthcare, payor, digital product, or customer experience initiatives
• Ability to translate experience direction into coordinated plans and execution activities
• Experience working across product, design, marketing, and communications in a matrixed environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in creating customer-facing materials
• Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Support execution of member experience initiatives across payor-focused products and capabilities
• Partner with product, design, marketing, and communications to translate direction into coordinated plans
• Drive consistency in member-facing experiences, communications, and interaction patterns
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, stakeholder communications and dependencies
• Develop recommendations for experience improvements and execution needs
• Support development of member-facing communications, journey materials and FAQs
• Track readiness and follow-up actions to ensure organized execution
• Identify opportunities to improve member understanding, navigation and engagement
• Support broader member experience quality and cross-functional coordination
