You will collaborate with product, design, marketing, and communications to translate strategy into coordinated plans, communications, and journey improvements, ensuring clear, connected experiences. This role offers hybrid or remote work within the US, with accountability for cross-functional coordination, readiness tracking, and ongoing improvements

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer or member experience or related leadership programs.
• Experience supporting healthcare/payor/digital product initiatives.
• Ability to translate direction into coordinated plans and materials.
• Experience across product, design, marketing, and communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of member experience initiatives across payor-focused products.
• Partner with product, design, marketing, and communications to translate direction into plans.
• Drive consistency in member-facing experiences and communications.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Develop recommendations for experience improvements.
• Support development of member-facing communications and FAQs.
• Track readiness and follow-up actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve member navigation and engagement.
• Support cross-functional coordination across experience priorities.
