Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Medicare Strategy & Performance to guide strategic planning and execution for Medicare initiatives across a complex health care environment.

The ideal candidate will bring program leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and the ability to align multiple workstreams toward measurable business and operational outcomes, partnering with finance on prioritization, budgeting, and performance tracking.

This remote role is US‑based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of managed care experience in HMO, MSO, provider managed care, or related settings.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning and execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in executing strategic health care initiatives.
• Support planning and prioritization of state and national projects.
• Collaborate with finance to develop cost/benefit analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Integrate multiple project plans to maintain a cohesive strategic direction.

• Prepare presentations and communications for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Overview

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Medicare Strategy & Performance to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will guide strategic planning and execution for Medicare-related initiatives across a complex health care environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong program leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to align multiple workstreams toward measurable business and operational outcomes. This position will partner closely with finance and other internal stakeholders to support prioritization, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,700 – $199,300 annually
