Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Advisory Services to join a leader in healthcare. This role will guide client engagements across healthcare operations and finance, supervising workstreams from analysis through recommendation development while partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver insights and high-quality project execution.

The position also includes responsibility for budgets, profitability, and mentoring team members to support successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare consulting or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in health systems finance or operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually
