For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Operations Automation & Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead operational automation and strategy efforts within healthcare payer operations, with a strong focus on improving workflow efficiency, scalability, and service quality. The manager will guide a team of analysts and operational specialists while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to turn complex processing challenges into practical solutions. The position is centered on claims-related operations, process improvement, and the use of automation to strengthen performance and reduce risk.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts and operational specialists
• Monitor operational metrics and provide coaching
• Oversee a claims response workflow
