Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Economics to lead data governance initiatives within our Finance Data Governance function. You will provide hands-on technical and analytical leadership to modernize the finance data ecosystem and unlock analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across the organization.

This individual contributor role requires data-savvy leadership at the intersection of healthcare data, finance, and strategy, translating complex data assets

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of finance experience in strategic, analytical, or operationally‑focused roles.
• Expert in the data domains we are building, or self motivated to learn quickly.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and communicates clearly from a cross functional perspective.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance activities for Aetna Data Lakehouse assets on Google Cloud Platform.
• Assist the Data Governance Lead in aligning finance priorities with governance activities and data strategy.
• Collaborate with DDAT Data Governance teams to align Enterprise goals with Lakehouse data assets.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to support Data Portal.
• Offer expert knowledge of Aetna data to DDAT partners and Governance team.
• Build strategic partnerships with Health Care Business stakeholders.
