Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Medical Economics (IC) to lead technical and analytic efforts within a new Finance Data Governance function. You will modernize the finance data ecosystem and unlock analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across the organization.

This highly visible individual contributor role combines healthcare data, finance, and strategy to translate complex data assets into meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of finance experience in strategic, analytical, or operationally‑focused roles.
• Expert in the data domains we are building, or self‑motivated to learn quickly.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and communicates clearly across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance activities around Aetna Data Lakehouse on Google Cloud Platform.
• Align finance priorities with governance activities and data strategy.
• Collaborate with DDAT Data Governance teams to align enterprise goals.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to support Data Portal.
• Offer expert knowledge of Aetna data to DDAT partners and Governance team.
• Build strategic partnerships with Health Care Business stakeholders.
