Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Minnesota–Saint Paul area seeks a Senior Manager, Medical Economics (IC) to provide technical and analytic leadership for a newly created team. You will help modernize our finance data ecosystem and unlock analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across the organization.

This individual contributor role requires data-savvy leadership at the intersection of healthcare data, finance, and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of finance experience in analytical or strategic roles.
• Expertise in data domains and willingness to learn quickly.
• Clear communication and ability to influence cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance activities related to Aetna Data Lakehouse assets on GCP.
• Assist in aligning finance priorities with governance activities.
• Collaborate with DDAT data governance teams to align enterprise goals.
• Work with Data Stewards to support Data Portal.
• Provide expert insight into data and its applications to governance partners.
• Build strategic partnerships with health care business stakeholders.
