CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Medical Economics (IC) to lead analytics and technical efforts within the new Finance Data Governance function. You will help modernize the finance data ecosystem, driving high-impact analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across the organization.

This is a data‑savvy leadership role focused on healthcare data, finance, and strategy, translating complex data assets into business outcomes and collaborating with stakeholders across Health

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of finance experience in strategic, analytical, or operational roles.
• Expert in the data domains we are building, or self-motivated to learn quickly.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and communicates clearly across functions.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance activities related to Aetna Data Lakehouse assets on Google Cloud Platform.
• Align finance priorities with Governance activities and communicate the data strategy.
• Collaborate with DDAT Data Governance teams to align Enterprise goals.
• Support Data Portals with Data Stewards and governance.
• Provide expert knowledge on Aetna data to DDAT partners.
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive governance initiatives across Health Care Business.
