Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Medical Economics (IC) to lead technical analytics within our Finance Data Governance initiative and modernize the finance data ecosystem. You will drive high-impact analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare data, finance, and strategy, requiring hands-on leadership and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of finance experience in strategic, analytical, or operational roles.
• Expert in the data domains we are building, or motivated to learn quickly.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and communicates clearly across functions.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance activities related to the Aetna Data Lakehouse assets on Google Cloud Platform.
• Assist in aligning finance priorities with governance activities and communicate data strategy alignment.
• Collaborate with DDAT Data Governance teams to align Enterprise goals with Lakehouse assets.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to support Data Portal.
• Offer expert knowledge of data assets to governance partners.
• Create strategic partnerships with business stakeholders across Health Care Business.
