Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Economics to lead finance data governance efforts and modernize the data ecosystem on Google Cloud Platform. You will translate complex data into actionable business insights and partner with stakeholders across the health care business.

The role is highly visible and individual-contributor, focusing on governance, analytics, and strategic data initiatives within Aetna’s finance data environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of finance experience in strategic, analytical, or operational roles.
• Expert in the data domains being built, or eager to learn quickly.
• Strong critical thinking and clear, concise communication across functions.
• Proven ability to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance activities related to Aetna Data Lakehouse on GCP, including data quality and domain ownership.
• Assist in aligning finance priorities with governance activities and communicate data strategy implications.
• Collaborate with DDAT Data Governance teams to align enterprise goals and tooling.
• Work with Data Stewards to support Data Portal and governance processes.
• Provide expert knowledge on Aetna data assets to DDAT partners and Governance teammates.
• Develop strategic partnerships with business stakeholders across Health Care Business.
