CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Economics to lead analytics and governance for the Finance Data Governance function. You will shape data programs across healthcare finance, translating complex data assets into strategic business outcomes.

This is an individual contributor role that blends healthcare data, finance, and strategy to unlock high-impact analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of finance experience in strategic, analytical, or operational roles.
• Expert in the data domains we are building, or eager to learn quickly.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and communicates clearly across functions.
• Ability to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support data governance activities for Aetna Data Lakehouse assets on Google Cloud Platform.
• Assist the Data Governance Lead in aligning finance priorities with governance activities.
• Collaborate with DDAT Data Governance teams to align Enterprise goals and tooling.
• Work with Data Stewards to support Data Portal.
• Provide expert knowledge of Aetna data to Governance teams and partners.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Health Care Business.
