Job summary

You will help modernize the finance data ecosystem and unlock analytics, reporting, and performance measures across the organization.

This individual contributor role sits at the intersection of healthcare data, finance, and strategy, translating complex data into meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of finance experience in strategic, analytical, or operational roles.
• Expert in the data domains or quick to learn.
• Clear, concise communication across functions.
• Ability to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance activities for Aetna Data Lakehouse on Google Cloud Platform.
• Assist alignment of finance priorities with governance activities.
• Coordinate with DDAT teams to align enterprise goals with data assets.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards to support Data Portal.
• Provide expert knowledge on data to governance partners.
• Create strategic partnerships with health care business stakeholders.
