Carrier, a global leader in climate and energy solutions, seeks a Senior Manager of Materials Planning in the United States to lead the planning org, own material availability, and set inventory strategy. The role drives ERP/MRP discipline and supply-side SIOP coordination with Operations and Commercial, while developing a high-performing planning team.

- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of materials planning or supply-chain experience, incl. 3+ years leading teams.
- 5+ years in MRP/ERP planning and inventory management.
Mansioni
- Lead the materials planning organization and end-to-end planning processes.
- Own material availability to support production and customer commitments.
- Set inventory strategy, safety stock policy and days-of-supply targets.
- Govern ERP/MRP planning parameters, data accuracy and system discipline.
- Lead the supply side of the SIOP/S&OP process with Operations and Commercial.
- Drive supplier delivery performance and shortage-mitigation plans.
- Manage planning KPIs and improvement plans.
- Build, coach and develop the planning team.
