Element Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior SIOP Supply Planning Manager to align production capacity, materials, inventory, and customer demand across our global business. This role leads the planning process and ensures inventory, schedule, product availability, and service-level targets.

You will lead the monthly SIOP process, drive improvements, maintain 18-month projections, manage master data, coach a planning team, and collaborate across functions to standardize planning

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or STEM field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning and S&OP/SIOP in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading planning professionals and driving process improvements.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly SIOP supply review with capacity, demand, and forecast impacts.
• Drive supply chain improvements to resolve imbalances and improve order-to-cash.
• Develop and maintain 18-month rolling inventory and shipment projections.
• Manage planning master data including time fences, safety stock, and lead times.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply planning team.
• Collaborate across functions to implement standardized planning processes and governance.
