Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Materials Fulfillment to lead material planning and supplier fulfillment across manufacturing operations. You will own CTB readiness, safety stock, and MRP data integrity while driving improvements in inventory metrics and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 7+ years in materials planning or related fields, strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and leadership capabilities to manage Planner/Buyer teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in Materials Planning, Production Control, Supply Chain, or Materials Management in manufacturing.
• 5+ years with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and core material planning replenishment processes.
• 5+ years managing raw inventory, supplier/material constraints, and plant production requirements.
• 3+ years leading teams or coordinating daily Planner/Buyer activities.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the Planner/Buyer organization to satisfy production requirements and maintain material availability.
• Drive CTB execution, identify supply constraints, and lead root-cause problem solving.
• Establish and monitor Safety Stock fulfillment levels aligned with targets.
• Monitor Supplier On-Time Delivery and resolve fulfillment bottlenecks with suppliers and Procurement.
• Manage RAW Days on Hand and Excess & Obsolete inventory as a percentage of total inventory.
