Carrier Global Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Senior Associate for supply and demand planning, supporting SIOP and driving system improvements. The role is onsite at our Charlotte office, collaborating with manufacturing, sourcing and inventory teams to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include converting signals into supplier actions, managing supplier performance, and driving inventory health initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree with SAP and Excel skills is required.

About This Role

This position is for an experienced Senior Associate responsible for supply and demand planning execution, supporting SIOP processes, and driving system and process improvements while working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements and KPIs. This is an onsite role at our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Job Description

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
