Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Manager to oversee the consensus demand plan for the assigned BU, including NA CHVAC demand planning with $1B+ revenue. You will guide the SIOP process, collaborate across teams, and manage forecasting accuracy to drive revenue alignment.

The role requires 6+ years in supply chain fields such as S&OP, forecasting, and planning, with strong Excel, SAP, and Kinaxis skills. MBA welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years in S&OP, forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, materials management, master planning, scheduling.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an 18-month consensus demand plan for the BU during the monthly SIOP cycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture inputs and improve forecasting models.
• Integrate backlog, bookings forecast, and signals to create a consensus forecast.
• Lead SIOP Demand Reviews and prepare data for executive review.
• Align revenue and demand plans with business strategies.
