Saab, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to unify Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering under a single enterprise operating model. The role spans multiple U.S.

sites and requires moving between strategy and execution, building leadership across locations and possibly assuming broader Director-level responsibilities. The candidate will standardize processes, governance, and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and lead enterprise materials strategy while partnering with many

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 10+ years.
• Demonstrated leadership in a complex manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience leading multi-site operations or enterprise-level initiatives and standardizing processes across locations.
• Strong Materials Management, Warehousing, and inventory control with knowledge of domestic and international logistics.
• Leadership in organizational transformation, continuous improvement, and team development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering.
• Establish governance, KPIs, roles, responsibilities, and accountability across Saab, Inc. locations.
• Drive enterprise materials strategy, warehouse capacity, and external/satellite warehousing.
• Lead cross-site initiatives focused on performance, scalability, cost, service, and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with Programs, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Finance, IT, and others.
• Plan for regulatory compliance, trade, and international shipments integration into processes.
