Saab, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to standardize Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across multiple U.S. locations. You will drive enterprise governance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives while balancing site-specific production needs.

The role requires building leadership at scale, combining strategy with hands-on execution, and the ability to travel and assume broader responsibilities as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a complex manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and standardizing processes across sites.
• Strong materials management, warehousing, and inventory control experience.
• Willingness to travel ~20% annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering.
• Establish governance, KPIs, roles, and accountability across Saab, Inc. locations.
• Balance standardization with site-specific requirements.
• Develop enterprise Materials strategy and continuous improvement roadmap.
• Lead cross-site initiatives to improve performance, cost, and risk.
