Saab, Inc. seeks a senior Manager of Supply Chain Materials to lead Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering, establishing a single enterprise-wide operating model across multiple U.S. locations and satellite warehouses.

This leadership role blends strategy with execution, requiring cross-site collaboration, standardization, and the ability to assume broader Director-level responsibilities as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field with 12+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a complex manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or regulated environment.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and standardizing processes across locations.
• Strong Materials Management, Warehousing, and inventory control with knowledge of domestic and international logistics.
• Proven success in organizational transformation, continuous improvement, and team development.
• Strong analytical, ERP/data, and performance-management capabilities.
• Ability to travel about 20% annually to Saab, Inc. locations in the U.S.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering.
• Establish governance, KPIs, roles, and accountability across Saab, Inc. locations.
• Balance standardization with site-specific requirements.
• Develop and execute the enterprise Materials strategy and continuous improvement roadmap.
• Build organizational capability and develop site leaders.
• Lead cross-site initiatives focused on performance, cost, service, and risk reduction.
