Saab, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to unify Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across multiple Saab sites in the U.S. You will develop and standardize an enterprise operating model, establish governance and KPIs, and drive cross-site initiatives to improve performance, cost, and risk.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 10+ years.
• Demonstrated leadership in a complex manufacturing, aerospace, defense or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and standardizing processes across sites or business units.
• Strong materials management, warehousing, and inventory control experience with domestic and international logistics.
• Willingness to travel ~20% annually and ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering.
• Establish governance, KPIs, roles, and accountability across Saab, Inc. locations.
• Balance enterprise standardization with site-specific production and customer requirements.
• Drive enterprise materials strategy and continuous improvement roadmap.
• Lead cross-site initiatives to improve performance, scalability, cost, service, and risk.
