Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to unify Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering under a single enterprise model across multiple Saab sites in the United States.

This role blends strategy with hands-on execution and requires building leadership capability while driving standardization. Responsibilities include establishing governance, KPIs, and standardized processes, while guiding enterprise-wide initiatives to improve performance, cost, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading multi-site operations or enterprise-level initiatives and standardizing processes across locations.
• Strong Materials Management, Warehousing, and inventory control experience with working knowledge of domestic and international logistics.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% annually to Saab locations in the US and obtain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering.
• Establish governance, operating standards, KPIs, roles, responsibilities, and accountability across Saab locations.
• Lead cross-site initiatives focused on operational performance, scalability, cost, service, and risk reduction.
• Partner with Programs, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Security to drive enterprise results.
