Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain Materials to lead Materials Operations, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across multiple U.S. locations.

The role centers on establishing a single enterprise-wide operating model and standardizing governance, metrics, and processes across Saab sites, warehouses, and satellite facilities. The ideal candidate will blend strategy with execution, lead across sites, and potentially assume Director-level responsibilities as the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business with 12+ years of experience, or Master's with 10+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a complex manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and standardizing processes across locations.
• Strong materials management, warehousing, and inventory control with knowledge of domestic and international logistics.
• Ability to travel ~20% annually and obtain U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized enterprise operating model for Materials, Warehousing, and Packaging Engineering across Saab, Inc. locations.
• Establish governance, standards, KPIs, roles, and accountability across Saab locations.
• Balance standardization with site-specific production and customer needs.
• Develop and execute enterprise Materials strategy and continuous improvement roadmap.
• Build organizational capability and develop site and functional leaders.
• Lead cross-site initiatives to improve performance, scalability, cost, service, and risk reduction.
