Job summary

Anduril Industries in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Manager of Material Flow Engineering to lead material flow optimization for our global manufacturing platform. You will drive strategic plans, set KPI-driven goals, and partner with procurement, production, and quality teams to improve cost, quality, and delivery.

Ideal candidates bring extensive inventory control experience, Lean manufacturing know-how, and hands-on use of Oracle ERP and Odoo WMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field/supply chain.
• 10+ years in material flow engineering with 5+ years of people management.
• 5+ years in high-rate manufacturing/supply chain with heavy data usage.
• Ability to read drawings/CAD, knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Willingness to relocate onsite in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement material management strategies to optimize material flow across sites.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and quality for demand forecasting and timely delivery.
• Align material availability with production schedules to minimize disruptions.
• Own KPIs and reporting of production line health and efficiency; analyze material usage trends.
• Implement cycle counting and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Utilize ERP (Oracle) & WMS (Odoo) to track inventory and provide data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Scale best-in-class solutions across programs from development to full-rate production.
