Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Business, Marketing or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of hands-on analytics experience across digital marketing channels.
• Experience managing behavioral tracking implementations, tag management, and data analysis, with a preference for Adobe Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and business analytics across campaign channels with measurement plans and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze site behavior, channel engagement, and campaign effectiveness to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and user guides from platforms like Adobe Analytics, AWS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Establish KPI definitions, benchmarks, and reporting standards to align stakeholders on success metrics.
• Gather requirements from multiple teams and translate business questions into scalable data solutions.
• Design and govern tracking strategies, tagging frameworks, and data collection standards across digital properties.
• Deliver timely reporting, test results, and audience insights to inform targeting and channel strategy.
• Combine internal and external data to create a comprehensive view of customer behavior and outcomes.
