Job summary

SiriusXM Connected Vehicle is seeking a Manager, Business Insights to drive analytics and measurement across marketing campaigns and the customer journey. You will translate business goals into analytics roadmaps, build scalable dashboards, and partner with Marketing, Product, and IT to improve personalization and revenue growth.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, and BI skills, with experience in Adobe Analytics and a data-driven storytelling approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with analytics tools (R/SQL/Python, AWS/Athena, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel) and a relevant Bachelor's degree.
• Strong experience in behavioral tracking implementations, tag management, and data analysis, with a preference for Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to translate technical data into clear frameworks, visuals, and language for internal clients.
• Experience applying BI and advanced analytics to uncover insights and solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and business analytics across campaign channels, translating goals into measurement plans and actionable recommendations.
• Own analysis of site behavior, channel engagement, and campaign effectiveness across the customer journey.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and user guides using analytics platforms.
• Establish KPI definitions, benchmarks, and reporting standards to align stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate questions into scalable data solutions.
• Lead tracking design, tagging frameworks, and data collection standards across digital properties.
• Deliver timely reporting, test results, and audience insights to inform targeting and channel strategy.
• Combine data from multiple sources to create a comprehensive view of customer behavior and outcomes.
