Job summary

SiriusXM is seeking a Manager, Business Insights to lead analytics efforts across campaigns, site behavior, and customer journeys. You will translate business goals into measurement plans and scalable reporting, partnering with Marketing, Product, BI, Data Eng, and Technology teams to drive subscriber growth and revenue.

In this role you will own tracking implementations, data governance, and self-service analytics capabilities, delivering timely reporting and insights that inform targeting,

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on analytics experience with tools like R, SQL/Python, AWS/Athena, Tableau, Alteryx and Excel

Responsibilities

Translate business goals into measurement plans, analytical frameworks, and actionable recommendations
Own analysis of site behavior, channel engagement, and campaign effectiveness across the customer journey
Build, automate, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and user guides
Define KPI definitions, benchmarks, and reporting standards to align stakeholders
Lead tracking design, governance, and data collection standards for digital properties
