Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs blending manufacturing expertise with cutting-edge data, AI, and industrial technology capabilities. You will guide problem definition, value-case development, and design through deployment, adoption, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, business, or related field; master’s preferred.
• No less than 5–7 years of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, digital manufacturing or AI.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams across business, data and technology workstreams.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex manufacturing transformation programs.
• Own senior client relationships and delivery governance; communicate status and risks.
• Translate priorities into executable workplans, solution designs, and AI/data requirements.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing, data engineering, data science, and IT/OT.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and contractual commitments.
• Lead design and delivery of scalable industrial data foundations and AI solutions.
