Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs that blend manufacturing domain expertise with AI, data platforms, and industrial technology. You will guide problem definition, value-case development, design, implementation, adoption, stabilization, scaling, and value realization across manufacturing strategy and digital manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams across business, data, and technology.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing strategy and operating models (IWS or similar).
• Ability to travel 80–100% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing transformation programs from mobilization to value realization.
• Own senior client relationships, governance, and risk management.
• Translate priorities into executable workplans, designs, and adoption plans.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across ops, data, AI, and IT/OT integration.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, issues, and contractual commitments.
• Design and deliver scalable industrial data foundations and AI solutions.
• Shape solution configuration, testing, deployment, and handover.
• Define outcome measures and track value realization with client leadership.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and collaborate with account teams.
• Capture lessons and reusable assets for the broader solution portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and delivery teams.
