Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs that fuse manufacturing excellence with modern data, AI, and industrial technology. You will guide engagements from problem definition through value realization, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery across cross-functional teams.

You will manage senior client relationships, drive governance, and translate business priorities into scalable, durable solutions, including

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline required.
Master’s degree preferred.
5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex manufacturing transformation programs across design, deployment, and value realization.
Own senior client relationships, establish delivery governance, align stakeholders, and communicate status, risks, and outcomes.
Translate manufacturing priorities into executable workplans, designs, data requirements, and adoption plans.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing operations, data engineering, AI, and IT/OT integration to ensure quality and risk management.
Define outcome measures and track value realization with client leaders to sustain improvements.
Identify follow-on opportunities and collaborate with account teams on extensions.
