Job summary
EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs across manufacturing strategy, operational excellence, digital manufacturing, and industrial AI. You will blend manufacturing credibility with data and AI fluency to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions and measurable value for clients.
In this role you will guide problem definition, value-case development, and the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from design through deployment,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, or related field.
- Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation and technology-enabled improvements.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing strategy, IWS, and operating models.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of manufacturing transformation programs.
- Own senior client relationships, governance, and status reporting.
- Translate priorities into executable workplans, designs, and AI use cases.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams across business, data, and technology workstreams.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and dependencies.
- Shape scalable industrial data foundations and AI solutions.
