EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs blending manufacturing expertise with data, AI, and industrial technology. The role requires guiding problem definition, value-case development, and scalable delivery across design, implementation, adoption, and value realization.

You will manage cross-functional teams, governing complex programs, and delivering measurable outcomes for clients in manufacturing and digital domains.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, business, or a related discipline.
• No less than 5–7 years of relevant experience spanning manufacturing, supply chain, operational excellence, or digital/manufacturing AI.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams across business, data, and technology workstreams.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing strategy and operating models, IWS or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex manufacturing transformation programs from mobilization to value realization.
• Own senior client relationships, governance, and program status communications.
• Translate priorities into executable workplans, solution designs, data requirements, and adoption plans.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across operations, data, architecture, and IT/OT delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, quality, budget, resources, risks and dependencies.
