Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs blending manufacturing expertise with data, AI, and industrial technology. You will guide problem definition, value-case development, and design through value realization across multidisciplinary teams.

Success requires credibility in manufacturing operating models, technology fluency, and ability to drive outcomes while managing risk and client experience. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, information systems, business or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience leading manufacturing transformation and technology-enabled improvements.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Ability to travel as required; travel can range 80-100%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex manufacturing transformation programs.
• Own senior client relationships and communicate status, risks, and outcomes.
• Translate manufacturing priorities into executable workplans and designs.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing, data, AI, and IT/OT delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk using disciplined delivery practices.
• Shape scalable industrial data foundations and AI-enabled solutions.
• Guide solution configuration, testing, deployment, and handover to operations.
