Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs combining manufacturing expertise with data, AI, and industrial technology. You will guide problem definition, value-case development, design, implementation, adoption, and value realization across plant performance, digital manufacturing, data platforms, and IT/OT delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, business, or related discipline.
Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation, solution development, or technology-enabled improvement initiatives.
Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams and senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex manufacturing transformation programs from mobilization to value realization.
Own senior client relationships, establish delivery governance, align stakeholders, and communicate status and risks.
Translate manufacturing priorities into executable workplans, data products, and AI-enabled solutions.
Direct multidisciplinary teams across business, engineering, data science, IT/OT, and platform owners.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks with disciplined delivery practices.
Shape scalable industrial data foundations including cloud/edge platforms and data models.
Shape and industrialize AI solutions with governance, security, and responsible AI controls.
Guide solutions through configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
