EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs across strategy, digital manufacturing, and AI-enabled operations. You will guide problem definition, value-case development, and design through deployment, stabilization, and value realization in a techno-functional role.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage governance, and ensure delivery quality, risk management, and client satisfaction across global manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems or business.
• 8–10+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or AI-enabled programs.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing transformation initiatives.
• Ability to mobilize managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Knowledge of IWS, industrial data landscapes, and AI-enabled operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex manufacturing transformation programs.
• Own senior client relationships and governance, manage risks and outcomes.
• Translate priorities into executable workplans, designs, and data/AI requirements.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across operations, data, and IT/OT delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and contractual commitments.
• Guide integration with manufacturing management systems and IWS adoption.
