Frontier Airlines in Denver seeks a Senior Manager, Maintenance Control to lead MCC operations, oversee Safety Management System activities and drive team development. You will coordinate with Flight Dispatch, System Operations Control and Engineering to support safe, compliant operations.

You’ll oversee staffing, budgeting and day-to-day leadership, working to reduce disruptions while upholding regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• FAA-certificated mechanic with A&P ratings and 5+ years of combined heavy maintenance, line maintenance and MCC experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory/management experience in maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and a working knowledge of Airbus aircraft.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

Responsabilités

• Lead MCC operations and ensure safe aircraft availability.
• Coordinate seamless shift transitions and fleet-wide mechanical-status briefings.
• Provide technical guidance to Line/Contract/ROn and Heavy Check Maintenance personnel.
• Define required maintenance actions to address aircraft discrepancies.
• Help reduce maintenance-related delays and cancellations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Director, MCC and senior leadership.
• Lead Safety Management System activities and ensure SMS effectiveness.
• Develop team and drive long-term objectives and workflows.
