Job summary

Frontier Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide shift-level oversight for all line maintenance activities at the assigned maintenance base.

You will coordinate with Station Operations, Flight Ops, MCC and Inspection to maintain safe, reliable aircraft service and timely return to service. Responsibilities

• Provide shift level oversight for all line maintenance activities at the assigned maintenance base.
• Coordinate with Station Operations, Flight Ops, Flight Dispatch, MCC and Inspection departments to ensure safe and expedient aircraft return to service.
• Maintain compliance with Frontier maintenance manuals and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate communications with Maintenance Control and Maintenance Planning to ensure all maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Validate that line maintenance tooling is available, maintained, and calibrated for daily tasks.
• Manage labor schedules to ensure required capacity and alignment with planned vs. actual work.
• Ensure timely documentation, including entry into maintenance tracking systems and submission to Maintenance Records.
• Coordinate with other departments for safety, compliance, and operational performance.
• Prepare performance assessments of direct reports and report KPI data as requested.
