Job summary

Frontier Airlines seeks a Senior Manager of Maintenance Control to lead safety and operational performance for the MCC department. You will coordinate with Flight Dispatch, System Operations, Station Operations, and Engineering to ensure safe, reliable service and efficient maintenance decision making.

You will supervise maintenance control activities, manage budgets and staffing, and guide technical services to resolve aircraft discrepancies while maintaining customer experience and company

Qualifications

• FAA-certificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Five years of combined heavy and line maintenance and maintenance control experience.
• Five years of supervisory/management experience in a maintenance operations environment.
• Attainment of four-year college degree (Preferred).
• FCC Radio license (Preferred).
• Ability to plan, organize and administrate workloads to subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Manage SMS activities and lifecycle.
• Coordinate development and integration of SMS across Frontier.
• Provide safety risk assessments and change management.
• Advise executives on SMS performance and improvements.
• Ensure safe aircraft operation and timely fleet-wide status updates.
• Create schedules, set performance goals and training for MCC staff.
